Meet the Founder
Cat White is the founder of Leader Growth Lab. With a background in leadership development, business ownership, and psychology, she brings a grounded, real-world lens to the work of growing leaders.
Cat has led large-scale corporate training programs, built her own seven-figure company from the ground up, and supported leaders across industries, from trades and healthcare to mining, tech, and the public sector.
She is now gathering a community of coaches who believe great leadership is possible with the right clarity, tools, and support… and necessary for the kind of workplaces, and world, we want to build.
